Ingredients and allergens for the current box are listed on the This Week page, bake by bake. Every entry in the Bakebook also carries its own ingredient and allergen information.
Recipes change
Recipes, suppliers and ingredients change from week to week. Please read the current product information each time you order rather than relying on a previous week's box.
A note on cross-contact
Fennec is a small home bakery. Everything is made in one kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, egg, nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame, often using shared equipment and work surfaces. We clean carefully between bakes, but we cannot guarantee that any bake is free from traces of these ingredients.
